7 Day Heritage & Mountain Expedition | Andalusia, Spain

Explore the Islamic legacy of Andalusia, hike ancient trails and climb Mount Mulhacén (3,479m), the highest mountain in mainland Spain.

Following the incredible response to our 2026 expedition, which sold out with over 100 people on the waiting list, we are returning in 2027 for another unforgettable journey through the history, heritage and mountains of Andalusia.

Join Muslim Hikers as we explore the rich Islamic legacy of Al Andalus, from the grand mosques and historic cities of Córdoba and Granada to the breathtaking landscapes of the Sierra Nevada.

This is more than a trek. It is a cultural, spiritual and physical journey through one of Europe’s most fascinating regions.

Explore ancient villages, discover the heritage of the Moriscos, hike through the beautiful landscapes of the Alpujarra and challenge yourself on the ascent of Mount Mulhacén, the highest mountain in mainland Spain.

Whether you are joining for the history, the mountains, the community or the adventure, this is an experience designed to create memories that last a lifetime.

All are welcome regardless of religious background, ability or previous hiking experience.

Join us on this Adventure of a Lifetime.
