Pace groups
10k Runs
Group 1: 50–55 minutes
Group 2: 60 minutes
Group 3: 65+ minutes
5K Runs
Group 4: Please make sure you can run at least 3K to join this group.
To keep things running smoothly, you need to to be able to jog at least 3K before joining the 5K group and 6.5k to join the 10K group.
